I got my dog's (German Shepherd) from Wal-mart. I think it cost $20-$30. The cover comes off so I can wash it too. I would definitely go there. It is way cheaper than a pet store.....

take an old comforter and fold it up


or , i took some old U HAUL packing blankets and cut them into sizes that fit their crates...like changing bed sheets.
